We’ve made submitting films easy. Here’s what you need to know:

1. Deadlines
All entry fees have been eliminated. The final deadline is Dec 15.

2. Eligibility
We accept any animated film – from anywhere, made whenever, shown wherever.

3. Entry Form & Video File
Complete the online Entry Form. Next, use the Send Film form to tell us how the film will be delivered. Finally, send a copy of your video file using the online transfer method of your choice. The file you send now is the same one that we’ll screen at the festival if it’s selected.

4. Festival Dates
The 2017 festival will take place on May 10-14 in Portland, Oregon, USA, at the Hollywood Theatre. Most screenings will repeat in Eugene at the Bijou Art Cinemas later that month. Select audience favorites will then be honored in both cities at one-day-only “Best of the Fest” events in September.

5. Cash Prizes
All official selections are eligible for cash prizes in the following categories: Audience Choice, Best Student Film, and Best of the Fest.
