We’ve made submitting films easy. Here’s what you need to know:

1. Deadlines
Anyone can submit for FREE prior to October 1.

Feature Films and Commercial Work made in Oregon can be submitted until March 1, 2015 – always for FREE.

2. Eligibility
We accept any animated film – from anywhere, made whenever, shown wherever.

3. Online Entry Form
Use our online entry form to send your information and payment.

4. Send Your Film
Send your film via online transfer. Just tell us where the video file is, and we’ll download it. The file you send now is the same one that we’ll screen at the festival if it’s selected.

5. Festival Dates
The 2015 festival will take place on May 4-10 in Portland, Oregon, USA, at the Hollywood Theatre. Most screenings will repeat in Eugene, Oregon, at the Bijou Art Cinemas later that month. Select audience favorites will then be honored in both cities at one-day-only “Best of the Fest” events in September.
